Engagement Manager, Overview:
This is an opportunity to join our Enterprise Delivery organization as an individual contributor, to manage large enterprise projects end-to-end, assisting Customers in their digital business transformation efforts using Limelight platform! This role will manage project execution from Sales hand off to Customer Go-Lives, and provide oversight and establish governance processes for enterprise customer implementations. This will include project execution, stakeholder engagement and management, customer communications, budget, schedule, status, escalations and risk. In addition, this role will build and maintain Customer relationships, publish internal and customer status reports, manage all project escalations, including internal and customer-related, actively seek to optimize resource utilization and project billable targets, and participate in pre-sales business development activities, and internal initiatives. This role also includes travel up to 25%.
